Modern Panda Creative

Getting to know this Creative Panda.

My name is Jason and I'm a creative based out of Orlando, Florida. I'm a Graphic Designer that dabbles in creating pieces in just about every format. From print to digital, from wide-format to pixels, I do whatever I can to stay up to date.

When not creating for clients, I'm working on things around the house with family or working on my next piece of content creations to show to the world.

Creative Skills

Through my creative journey, I've created across a variety of mediums and industries. I've spent time working on my craft towards Print and Digital works. I've championed projects that required time to script, break, and fix web works with knowledge of HTML, CSS and Wordpress; one notable project was cocreating an intranet!

Through a myriad of clients, I've worked on projects such as UI/UX, installations, instructional system designs and presentations. All of which while cultivating and creating brands, defining typography layouts and standards, shooting and retouching digital photography, and exercising prepress/print processes.

I have had the pleasure to work with a variety of industry related software with the most recent versions but not limited to the following:

Adobe Creative Suite
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Bridge, Premiere, AfterEffects, Brackets, Animate (formally Flash), Acrobat, Media Encoder, Audition, and Captivate (courseware layout & design)

Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.

Final Cut Pro, Pages, Numbers, Keynote

Other
macOS, Windows OS (PC), Typography, color, space, grids, digital photography & retouching. Familiar with creating courseware learning segments using Adobe Captivate. Experience with creating UI/UX layouts. Ability to work as part of team or fly solo with limited applicable supervision.

Being Creative

I've worked in the industry for a little while now, since first attending Valencia College in 2006, and have worked on a variety of things for various industries. So I try to stay pretty flexible and put out fresh ideas no matter I get planted. I have found roots in hospitality, travel & tourism, military, education, and advertising to name a few.
